The Next Crew provides online educational and career preparation services for individuals aspiring to become cabin crew professionals.

Our courses are designed to improve knowledge, communication skills, grooming, personality development, interview techniques, and overall preparedness. Completion of our courses does not guarantee employment, airline selection, interview calls, job offers, visas, or successful recruitment by any airline.

Recruitment decisions remain solely at the discretion of individual airlines.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • All information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

3. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased course.

Your account may not be shared, sold, transferred, rented, or provided to another individual.

The Next Crew reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in unauthorized sharing or misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through The Next Crew, including but not limited to:

  • Course modules

  • PDFs

  • Presentations

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Website content

  • Documents

  • Training materials

  • Mock interview content

are the exclusive intellectual property of The Next Crew unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, recorded, downloaded, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, uploaded, or shared without prior written permission.

Recording live sessions or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

6. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to educational content, fees are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests, if any, shall be evaluated solely at the discretion of The Next Crew.

7. Complete Cabin Crew Package

The Complete Cabin Crew Package includes only those courses and services explicitly listed on the purchase page at the time of enrollment.

Features, modules, bonuses, pricing, promotional offers, and package inclusions may change from time to time.

The Next Crew reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

Changes shall not automatically apply retrospectively to previous purchases unless specifically announced.

8. 1-Year Interview Support Add-on

The 1-Year Interview Support is an optional paid add-on service.

The following conditions apply:

8.1 Eligibility

The 1-Year Interview Support Add-on is available only to students who purchase the Complete Cabin Crew Package.

It cannot be purchased independently or alongside individual standalone courses.

8.2 Purpose

The support program is intended exclusively for students who are actively preparing for or have upcoming cabin crew interviews.

Support is designed to assist students before scheduled recruitment opportunities through guidance, interview preparation, and related mentoring.

8.3 Included Support

Depending on availability, the support may include:

  • Interview preparation guidance

  • Personalized interview advice

  • Interview feedback

  • Mock interview sessions

  • Profile improvement suggestions

  • General career guidance

The exact services offered may vary over time.

8.4 Availability

Support is provided during the one-year validity period from the date of purchase.

Unused support does not carry forward beyond the validity period.

Support sessions are subject to mentor availability and scheduling.

8.5 Fair Usage

The 1-Year Interview Support is intended for genuine interview preparation.

The Next Crew reserves the right to establish reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all students.

Excessive, abusive, or unreasonable requests may be declined.

8.6 No Employment Guarantee

Purchasing the Interview Support Add-on does not guarantee:

  • Interview calls

  • Airline selection

  • Job placement

  • Employment

  • Faster recruitment

  • Visa approval

The service provides preparation and guidance only.

8.7 Modification of Offer

The Next Crew reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to modify, replace, enhance, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw the Interview Support Add-on, including its pricing, duration, inclusions, eligibility requirements, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Such modifications shall not create any liability against The Next Crew.

9. Promotional Offers

From time to time, The Next Crew may introduce promotional offers, discounts, bonuses, or bundled services.

All promotions are:

  • Limited-time offers

  • Subject to availability

  • May be modified or withdrawn at any time

  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated

The Company has complete discretion regarding all promotional campaigns.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials.

  • Record classes without permission.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Copy or redistribute course content.

  • Harass instructors or other students.

  • Misrepresent your identity.

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability
